Thank you Roxanne! My first time indeed :) Loved it! I have to say, I have been looking at your work on your website and it is quite amazing. The way you lay your paint on looks great, and the vibrancy of your colors. "Coastal Fog, Field of Phlox" and "Picnic in the Park" are a couple of many that I am enjoying. Beautiful Work!

Thanks Joseph- for your kind comments. I'm currently using a palette knife for my work. It's rare that I pick up a brush any more. But the two paintings you mentioned were both painted using round brushes. I did like them for 'laying' on the paint a bit better than filberts or flats (I tended to scrub things in more with them).

The Palette knife is something I haven't picked up much yet, though I look forward to learning soon!
